Any body used these? Search function yielded no infor. I'm wondering about their terminal performance on coyote size game.
They are available at some Walmarts for approx. $79.00 for a 200 pack. A couple of those would set me for life.

I really like them,I've bought several boxes and have only taken one coyote with them. I shot him running in at about 10 yds. and I must have hit him a little low because it opened him up at the chest and he ran about 20 yds. and collapsed dead. They seem to be pretty accurate in my AR's.and I'am a southeastern usually less than 100 yd. hunter.I've had no malfunctions.I think they are a good buy. I hope this helps, good luck.

Those are generally very good ammunition in the .223...Walmart used to sell them for $52-53 per 200 and I wound up buying a thousand for use in competition...Still have a few bulk packs...

The only down side to them is that the primers are crimped in the cases and it's a pain to take the extra time to remove that many crimps...

They are probably one of the more accurate low cost ammos on the market... Glad to see they're still available...

I presently use the Remington UMC 50 gr. JHP to good result, but they have become scarce locally, except for the local Gander
Mtn. but they are insanely expensive there. So far I've used them on three coyotes and they have been pretty much bang-flops.
(Or at least bang-flop-flop)

I used those fedral 223 in my stevens 200 shot great. I hit one coyote but lost it in tall sage. They shot great but as was stated not that easy to reload. I gave the brass to a friend.

They do work great, the blue primer sealed ones are easier to ream. I don't know if you will find any of those anymore, the red ones, (seal) take a little more work. blue

my sav mod 10 shoots them into tiny 1 hole groups. I have shot several feral dogs/coyotes with them and most were DRT. Good ammo.

My AR loves the bulk 50gr. Federal HPs from walmart. Shoots terrific groups with them. Target shooting at longer ranges with them I've noticed the 50 gr.Federals are slower than most factory 55gr.

here is a reply from federal where I emailed them last week regarding this product.

"The BP223G is the same as the AEBP223G which you will find on our
website."
