No, it was a light primer strike. He's also running a Savage Impulse 22 Creed, but using CCI 450s. Pretty sure he just ran into the problem I tried to warn him about:



For the record, I bet I've shot 300+ rounds in all kinds of conditions since switching to CCI 400, and every one has worked in my Impulse.
