Hey guys,
I grew up in the country about 200 yards off a main highway (where a city backroad and main highway "Y" was located). Many times, I have seen city people "drop off" pregnant dogs & cats, or sick, or old, or animals with "mange" in front of my house. I like animals...my wife says I get along better with animals than people. May be it's because I was hunting in the river bottoms by myself by 8 years old and have a very good understanding of animals. I feel sorry for these animals and have no remorse in humanly killing them(putting them out of their misery). Growing up in the bottoms, over a mile from any house or road, I have seen many ferral cats and consider them open game. I have watched many predators in the wild and they take no "back seat" to any serious small game predator.
