Finally 223 Ai build complete

FINALLY my rifle is complete.
Picked her up this morning.
She's a 223ai built on cz527 action.
27" Shilen Stainless Match #6 1/10
She wears a fibreglass stock from Smoking Guns.

That 65 SGK should really be nice for bigger critters. Makes a fine deer/hog bullet. I run it in my 20"/9tw

This is my first new/custom rifle.
Orriginaly bought the 223 so i can teach my son...but i was lied to by a "friend" and got a gun with a shot out barrel. So i thought rebarrel...and whilst yer at it, make it an Ackley...and while yer at it, get a stock custom made...and while yer at it, spend more than a very nice new rifle would cost...but its what i wanted and i seriously doubt that theres another one in South Africa like this.
Pretty chuffed.
Will get the boy something for himself soon. Maybe 6.5 grendel. Can shorten the wooden stock that came off the 527. And have another he can grow into.

Hope to get load development sorted by the weekend. Will see if i can feed her a couple of jackal before Xmas
