Thanks everyone! Heres how I did it.
I stripped the whole gun, and selected the parts I wanted painted. I did not paint the trigger guard, rubber butt plate, or magazine tube cap. Next all the other parts; Barrel, Stock, Forearm, and Reciver, were hit with steel wool and wiped with acetone. The reciver was masked, the barrel was plugged on both ends, and little things here and there were masked.
Next I hit everything with a coat of self etching primer, and let it dry by my woodstove.
Next I put a base coat of rustoleum camo tan, and let it dry. I put 2 coats on of this.
After that I went outside to the field and grabed some grasses. I put them over the parts and hit them with rustoleum military looking green color. I varried the pattern, and the darkness of the paint to my liking.
After that coat dried, I hit it with 4 coats of matte clear coat finish.
Assemble and your good to go!
