Fiocchi 308 Match?/range report

Looking for ammo earlier today and saw this Fiocchi ammo. Its 308/168grain Sierra Match King bullets. The box says "Exacta Rifle Match". Its the green box and says its made in the good ol' USA. I don't generally buy loaded ammo, but for $18.00 a box, I thought I'd give it a spin. Figured it would be OK for getting a scope on paper or fouling a barrel. May get lucky and it'll shoot good. Has anyone tried it? If so, how'd it shoot? pyscodog

Hope it is a lot more accurate than there 22LR match ammo is.
The wife and I tried Fiocchi 22LR match ammo when we were shooting competition. Didn't shoot worth a darn Compared to Elly Black box and Elly red box.

Well, Just got back from the range and gave the Fiocchi ammo a try. If you just need fouling ammo or blowem' up ammo, it will be OK. It you are looking for Match ammo, keep looking. I shot two 5 shot groups at 100 yards with it an one was 1.902 after deductions and I didn't even bother measuring the second. However, I also bought a box of Hornady 168 grain Match, not TAC, and it shot very good! Two groups of five and both under a half inch at a hundred. It cost about $22.00 and tax, but seems very accurate.
