First coyote of the season

The snow was hard and making a ton of crunching noise when I was walking in, had low confidence in the stand. Turned on pup distress and within 5 minutes heard a coyote running in. She came into the clearing at 50 yards and got a shot on her

Nice going. Congrats on the season’s first! In the blink of an eye, a low confidence set can turn into a successful one! I’m glad that it came together for you.
Yep definitely wanted to point that out for anyone somewhat new like myself because I know many times I've walked in and made a small mistake and told myself, "yep this stand is over before it started", only to have some level of success that night of hearing/seeing or shooting one

Congratulations. That is a big coyote.
Thank you!

Have a friend who grew up in West Virginia, what you're wearing he called West Virginia camo🤣
Never heard of that saying that's funny! Its sherpa lined on the inside and was $17 bucks at bass pro I was like yep this is gonna do for coyote season šŸ˜‚

Wow, congrats!! She is well fed!!
congrats... get em

Thank you!

And you did it w/o wearing camo :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:. Congrats on a good hunt.
šŸ˜‚ I'm far from an expert but from my experience only time I am real concerned about camo is with turkey, those buggers seem to see me from a mile away and start running the opposite direction.
