First upgrade/accessories for Rem. 870 Mag?

I am trying to find some accessories to buy for my Remington 870 Express Magnum all black synthetic stock. I was thinking about a camo stock or a pistol grip with the ar stock. Also i was thinking of a side saddle. what do you guys think? thanks

Some genius in an agency I served with many years ago equipped our patrol shotguns with pistol grips...they were universally hated by the folks that had to use[shoot] them.

I don't do anything that requires a camo shotgun however if I did would probably just paint it.
 
Go getcha one of those butt stock shell holders, load it up with 3" #4 buck & go hunting. Last one I bought cost $5

You don't have to have a camo gun to be successful.

Here is an 870 I traded for off of the classifieds here, maybe it will help you with some ideas. I really like it, but havent hunted with it yet, still in the patterning process.

Ive got an 870, I have a knoxx works really nice, but I decided it was too heavy/bulky. THey do work as advertised though

As for a shell holder, I hated that so for my benelli I got the ext magazine. Now I just load a days worth in the tube and off i go, no jiggling in pockets and nothing hangin off the stock. It adds some weight but Id have to carry it anyway so might as well be in the gun than on me. I can set the gun down if I need a rest LOL

but id go with some paint, or camo form tape. and a good choke, That will end up being the most expensive part anyway, unless you get lucky enought to find the right one the first time LOL

+1... I subscribe to the KISS system. If it ain't broke don't fix it and the keep it simple idea. Buy a good choke and some loads, pattern it carefully, then concentrate on getting something in front of it to put it to good use. But I don't have many zombies to worry about here so I don't worry much about being "tacticool".

That is the stock picture, I didn't get the flashlight . I don't much like the shell holder either so I took it off. Try to handle some different configurations before you buy or you might end up buying stuff you don't like.

I think you need some of that extreme ammo stuff to add to the mall ninja aspect :tt2

LOL, i tried to bolt on a glock, in case i run out of shells and the zombies are thick, but it didnt pan out
