Hi, since you resurrected this dead thread, I figured I may as well comment since I've been on the hunt for Thermosight R-series firmware and came across this thread. I have a good collection of different firmware and GUI tools for different LS, RS, and other thermal products from Flir. What product do you have? Maybe I can help you find what you need.
