FLIR Scout video output without a hot shoe

Hi everyone I am new to this forum and wanted to share a design I have created for the FLIR ps series thermal imager. I have a ps32 and wanted a better way to do video output without having to rig up a hot shoe so I came up with this idea. Basically it is a SMA connector on the bottom of the FLIR that can be wired to any video device. I currently have mine connected to a 5in DVR recorder I bought off ebAy. It works wonders and gives you the ability to either record or take a picture of what the flir sees. Here are pictures of the setup. Please message me if this is something you would be interested in.

Yes the warranty will be voided. I have done several of these mods for people here locally in Phoenix without any issues at all. The cost is $200 and that includes shopping, parts and labor, and a high quality 6 foot shielded cable. At the other end of the cable I can put a male or female rca connector to hook up to a tv, 3.5mm headphones connector, mini 3.5 headphones connector, pretty much any connector you would like

I have not done any ls 32/64's yet but I am able to do the same mod to them. The internals are the same with the exception of the bigger lens on the 64

I am in Bayfield,Co.I am gonna try and get with a guy in Durango who does 3-d printing and see if he can reproduce them.I have no idea what they sold for.25.00 ?It is plastic isn't it?.
Sure, make me an offer….
I honestly have no idea what they are worth. The bottom of my LS/XR is a bit different that the one I saw in the video.Im assuming the screws are what makes contact with the output and charging lugs.Or that's the way it would appear to work? Not sure if that's correct or not.....Dutch

Man I have no idea what it was worth.I may can just send it back to you if the guy can 3-D. print it.I.have no idea why Flir didn't fabricate something like this.I see your in Lakewood.I actually live in Vallecito.I usually camp at Bear Creek couple times a year.Go to Red Rocks when my favorite bands playing.
