If you have a flat top AR it is really easy and simple to get the right eye level for you. Just preping my first AR this year it was easy. I measured what my other scopes were from barrel to middle of the scope. went online found that the millet xtra high rings put it right where it needed to be for me and mounted the scope when they came in. Sighted it in in 10 minutes and has been fine. It really didn't take anymore time than any other rifle I had ever outfitted with rings and a scope.
