I've been a member here for a few years. Never post much but spend a lot of time reading.

I just had to post on the excellent customer service of foxpro!

Had a issue with my sd card and they took care of it no hassle. Excellent company and will get my repeat business.
 
+1 I also am very happy with their CS. I sent my Fury remote in to have the upgraded dial/knob installed. Free of course. Then they asked me to send in the caller unit and they would give a once over too.... Again free of charge.They actually replaced a couple of things on the caller. Oh and I even bought the caller used!!

Can't beat that for customer service.

That's why they are THE BEST.
 
Their customer service is GREAT!!!!

My Scorpion took a fall from a tripod, they had it fixed and back to me in under 2 weeks for $57.

Great communication, great service. That's goes a long way towards why I will keep using them.
 
I agree I just had to send my CS24 in again for a power wire problem and they upgraded it to the new wiring that has the quick disconnect. Now I can use the FoxPro battery pack. Will always buy from them if they have what I need.

I also sent them my fury II remote the other day for new dial knob. Called and had to leave a message, they returned my call within a few minutes. The guy that helped me was very courteous, very helpful and left me with no doubt my issue will be taken care of.. All companies should model their CS after Fox Pro.
