FOXPRO Digital Callers/ Predator EXPO

A couple friends and I went to the Expo in Columbus with the intent of buying a couple of new Digital Callers. I have had a FOXPRO for I think about 6-8 years. I am not exactly sure when I purchased it. I was almost positive I was going to buy another brand, "Brand X", not FoxPro, when I talked to the reps for this digital caller "X", we were less than impressed. We looked at a couple of other caller brands and had visited with Byron South for awhile. Well after talking with Byron and Foxpro reps, mainly John Everly, we decided to buy a couple of FoxPros and another friend is waiting for our supplier to get a Prairie Blaster in and he is going to purchase that caller.

Here is were I want to point out something very impressive about FOXPRO and their representatives. I took with me an older FOXPRO Caller model 416B. I had had a couple of problems with it and wanted to get it checked out. Now keep in mind that this was the caller that I had purchased several years prior, I think at least 6 years. Well I was talking with John and told him about my situation with my current caller. I showed it to him and he asked if he could take it back to the shop with him and have it looked at. I agreed and he wrote down my mailing information. Now keep in mind this is less than a week ago, exactly six days. So today I came home and much to my surprise was a box from FOXPRO.

After opening the box and examining the caller I found an invoice packed inside. The invoice was marked "PAID" and showed the detail of the repairs made to my digital caller.

New Battery and Speaker wires were installed.
New Speaker installed
Keypad was upgraded

Now the total charge for all of this was a grand total of $0.

I am totally impressed with the customer service that FOXPRO has provided. I have been on the phone with my calling buddies to let them know about this and now I wanted to let the other Predator Callers out there know about FOXPRO's service. This was completely above and beyond what I had expected from FOXPRO. With a caller this old and they still provide the warranty that they did is OUTSTANDING.

I completely expected to pay for the repairs to be performed. But not only did they not charge me but it was all done in less than a week. This tells me a lot about FOXPRO as a company. I will not look at purchasing other Digital Callers from now on, FOXPRO will have my business when it comes to digital callers, as long as they make quality products and stand behind them. Two of my calling buddies that I talked to tonight both agreed. American made and great service, what more can you ask for, GO FOXPRO.

THANKS FOXPRO!

We love our foxpro, Penny gets a kick out of runing it when we're out hunting. Where we hunting getting the call away from us made it easyer to get the setups we needed to for around here. If anything happen to the one we have I'll being looking a FoxPro's only to replace it.

In the ad on tv it says it not if you buy a fox pro it is when. Now this should let everyone know why. Thanks again fox pro. Thanks chuck

I love my foxpro e-caller I hunt alone and the remote works great up to, and over 50 yards with my JIB this takes all the coyotes attension away from me. I call my foxpro my hunting companion because it's like having a partner.
I have 6 open reed mouth calls including a verminator tweety and a long range tweety they are ok for fox.
For me hunting in central Indiana.
There is a reason foxpro only sells the skyote open reed, and the key chain call. Thats all you need. the high pitch squeal is easy to get or distress rabbit, ki-yi
With a rubber band tied on the reed and moved up and down its length. Even I am a pro.
Foxpro's are expensive but compaired to going out day after day with no success there the best on the market.
