Thanks Mike. I'be been on the fence between Foxpro and another brand of call for my first call. After seeing this I will be saving up for a Firestorm.....unless you have a new caller coming out later this year too. Thanks for helping me make up my mind.

I have basically the same set-up now with an FX3 and an Enticer decoy that is small enough to carry in the FX3 bag. I don't even carry the Jack-in-the-box out much any more. You've basically attached the Enticer to your unit which has some advantages like not having to worry about separate batteries and some disadvantages like in some sets I'll hide the FX3 in a small bush to elevate it while putting the Enticer a few feet away. Better concealment with better sound. Nevertheless it is a good idea. I can change the head on my Enticer. Do you have replacement toppers or can you make a replacement topper for your Foxjack? If so, how easy is it to replace the topper?
 
Where are these available? Can't find them on FP site. Can I buy just the topper and rod/spring? Will it fit in the hex piece of the BlackJack rod? I'd like to be able to switch to more bird-like topper at times.

They should be on our site any time now. All Predator Calls also has a large shipment en route. And some other dealers have them on the way as well.
At this time, you can't purchase just the topper and/or rod. The BlackJack rod and the FOXJack rod are two different sizes, so they are not interchangeable.
The topper on the FOXJack is removable. You could put a different topper on it, but you would have to be mindful that you choose one with the proper weight. If you get it too heavy, the action will change.

Picked one up at the Eastern sports show this morning and hooked it up to my old FX3. Pretty sweet solid unit as all their other products.
 
Just make sure the antenna is tilted towards the front of the caller a little (not perfectly vertical) or the decoy wire will slap against the antenna making a clicking sound and interfering with the motion of the decoy. The video attached to this post shows it tilted as well.
