foxpro scorpion sale

That seems like a great deal on a great caller.

Sure looks to be compact and easy to carry.

What other FP models does the Scorpion compare to in volume and clairity?

How does the remote compare to the latest FoxPros?

Scorpions are great, I used to hunt over one quite a bit, they are great alone for dense cover or you can add the external speaker (sp-55 IIRC) and theyre plenty loud.

that is a heck of a deal, I will hopefully have mine in tomorrow

I cant wait

came in yesterday, sounds good, still yet to take it out in the field for a field test, it will probably be a week or 2 till I get to do that,

but from first impression I like it

Thanks for the link. I just ordered one myself, now where's that delivery truck?

I was debating getting a Fury but dang for $350 w/ 100 sounds the Scorpion seems pretty tough to beat.

I'm going to order one of these Scorpion's that are on sale. It says that they come preloaded with 100 sounds. I read the list in the advertisement and by my count only 42 sounds are listed does anyone know what the other 58 are?

I had great results when I field tested the Scorpion. Called in 4 on the very first stand where I ever turned it on in the field. Had the onboard speaker playing at volume level 20 into the wind, which was about 10 mph. The 4 responded from at least 600 yds away, maybe further as I couldn't see over the hill to the other side. When you hook it up to a SP-55 or a TOA speaker, it has all the volume you need and then some, with no distortion. The only flaw I could ever see in the caller, and it wasn't a flaw to most people, is that you have to operate it with your remote. I like the ability to run the FX5 or the Fury manually or with the remote. That way if your remote has a problem, your trip isn't a flop. That is a personal preference though, and most people couldn't care less about it. It is a great little caller and very dependable.

Doesn't FoxPro set the dealer price? How is Midway able to offer them for that price? Man, if I didn't already have one, I'd be all over that, that's a hellova deal!!!
