Guys I just ordered my new fury II . It should be here in 2-3 weeks. And I want to know sounds you guys have that you never want to be without.

IMO you start with a selection of coyote vocalazation. I have terminated many coyotes in the past by communicating with one howl or the other. Howling is under used and under rated IMO. I like using female and male lonesome howls and interrogation howls.

Fox Pro sounds are really good. I like using a wide variety of sounds to keep the coyote education classes to a minumum. I would suggest rabbit, fox, turkey, cannine, kitten and sheep/goat distress sounds. I have killed a lot of coyotes with different jack rabbit sounds and I live in cotton tail country (no jacks at all).

One of my favorites before I ring the dinner bell is to howl and use crow gathering sounds to get the best of the curious coyotes. When a coyote responds to that combo he usually isn't very paranoid and doesn't play the wind as hard. Doesn't work all the time but I have killed plenty with that combo.

Crow Gathering
Coyote Death cry
Coyote fem Whimpers
DSG Cottontail
High Pitched Snowshoe
Pursuit jack 1 and 2
Prairie Dog Distress
Vole Squeaks
Ranting Redbird
Titmouse Tantrum

I know they arent' FOXPRO but I can't imagine owning a call without Johnny Stewart and Burnham Brothers sounds loaded on it.

I have a Firestorm (love it) and the one sound I wanted and bought was the Randy Anderson serenade. Unfortunately I had to buy all 16 sounds but it was worth it!!!

After I shoot at one, I ki-yi for a minute, if nothing shows up I then rest for 30 seconds and blast the serenade. I wait 2-3 min and then start the stand over again, kind of like I would if I just sat down.

Also, go to Tony Tebbe's website and download his. Great quality and they are the right price!!!

The one sound that I will never own an electronic call without is Johnny Stewart's Desperate Cottontail. Not a Foxpro sound but I have owned both the PM3 & PM4 as well as a Spitfire & Scorpion and that sound has put more fur on the ground for me than all others combined. I recently purchased a Fury II and that sound is my number 2 preset. Number one is pup distress for Foxbang use. The two Foxpro sounds I have to have are DSG Cottontail and Lucky Bird.

Trying to figure out my sound list so I can order my foxpro. So a stupid question. I don't see KiYi on the list . I assume coyote death cry is the same. Correct?
