Foxpro Spitfire

i use one, like it a lot, does the same thing as a more expensive one. unless you are hunting very open fields and need more volume.

I bought one a month or so back, and have had no problems. Volume is my only complaint, but it has done fine so far. Just wish it had a little more power.

It's certainly more than enough volume to be heard a half mile in open territory. I've called them from that far away here in Michigan.

Never have used an electronic calling system my entire life..but I think I will give it a try.I have decided to go with this one.

A recent post on tips for a newby calliners rated too much volume as a common trap. So a foxpro spitfire should be a safe bet.
I'VE HAD MINE 12 MONTHS AND WITHOUT KNOWING A GREAT DEAL ABOUT THE OTHER MODELS IN THE RANG I DO STRUGGLE TO SEE HOW THEY COULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT THE SPITFIRE OFFERS. THEN AGAIN MORE IS OFTEN BETTER.

Spitfire is a great place to start.

Ive used nothing but Mouth Calls for 43 years - so this will be new to me using an Electronic one...was looking at Burnham brother or Stewart and then was told that Foxpro was better than both...I really dont think a Cat or Yote will know the brand name difference,,,was really looking for advice on how dependable they are...Thanks for all the responses.

If something was to malfunction, I guarantee that Foxpro will take care of you. On every unit I got (Foxpro), I have dropped several times and it keeps on work'n.

any 200.00 caller will work it's the sounds you buy with it that really make the diference
save your money for camo m2d is the best, get a howler and a distress that will make multiple sounds then learn how to set up with the wind and learn the moon phases
