The dog ate my remote, I had to send it out for repair today.

They replaced my button pad few months back, around 12 days they was shipping it back.. very simple process to fill out rma form on website

I would send it in for repair. They were a bit pricey, but pretty sure you can buy a new remote from the FP website if you’re in a hurry. At least you used to be able to.

I had emailed them last nite around 5 pm and they responded at 8:00 that they could fix it with instructions on how to send it in. I have heard good things about their customer service and the quick reply is encouraging. I mailed it today
