Foxpro Wildfire 2 help

I bought a Wildfire 2 about 2 months ago and now when I play the adult cottontail it makes a weird popping noise several times throughout the calling sequence. I have only noticed it in the adult cottontail sound. New batteries in caller and remote no change. Did not do this when new has just developed this problem. Any advice? I'm gonna call foxpro tomorrow but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.
 
Sounds like you may have a contaminated sound file. I would try replacing that one sound and see if the problem disappears.
 
Hey,I have a wildfire #1 same popping and or cracking sounds when adj.volume up and down during a sound. I sent it in and they gutted it out,and I now have a wildfire #2 still the same problem

I have the same problem but with a few different calls. They had me try reloading the sd card and I ended up with no calls on it. They are sending me a new sd card. Give them a call. I talked to another member on here about it and he says his has no distortion or popping sounds.
 
Update. Got the new sd card from foxpro and the distortion is gone. No popping sound. Thanks foxpro for the service.
