Sorry I saw in your sig line it said foxpro field staff . I was under the impression you worked for them. If not I will contact them directly. That is why I quoted you and was looking for further clarification on the subject. Pls accept my apology.
 
No apology necessary. I understand your frustration where you need clarification. I can only assure you that FoxPro's warranty details are not designed to cause customers problems. Give them a call.
 
Just an update, the caller arrived yesterday and it is exactly as described. It came packaged with all warranty material, manual and caller/remote. If it is a knockoff, it is the best one that I have ever seen lol. Caller sounds good and is simple to use. Look forward to getting out and putting it to use on my 2.5 week trip to Missouri. Thanks again for all the input!
