FoxPro wildfire problems

Well, I received my refurbished wildfire from Cabelas a few days ago, and finally got to get out and use it this morning. All the sounds that are on the caller are FoxPro sounds, that I have purchased. When playing the caller the speaker has a pop from time to time, it has done it on several different sounds, and when it does pop, it's louder than the sound it's playing.

Also the volume on the caller isn't loud at all, every stand it has to be played at or near max volume, depending on the sound being played.

FoxPro wildfire problem:

Yesterday I took a video of the caller. volume on 18, less that two feet away. And you can hear the pop or burp.
 
You obviously need a refund from Cabela's. I predict you won't find anybody there who can answer any questions. I think you would be much happier dealing direct with FoxPro where you can get customer service and clear explanations about questions you might have on any model.
