FoxPro x360

Thats means the unit weight is only .0768 ounces per sound. LOL that's farmer math to justify equipment...

Just kidding kidding around guys.
Farmers I know would have just looked at the price tag and said “To me, that thing ain’t worth doing the math!” That’s the PG version.

Most would just say “F*#& Th@ $hit!” 🤨

Quitcherbitchin and go huntin.
Agree 100% crapshoot… I don’t give a hoot what anybody else is running, or wants to run, or why. To each their own. My opinion is that the 360 is too pricey and too heavy, and I don’t think it’ll do anything that the callers I already have don’t already do. I’m kinda with dave3006… The calls I have already have stuff on them that I don’t personally use.

Still think it’s a funny gripe. If your gunna chit on it chit on it for being 1500 bucks. Don’t act like it became a two man job to walk the call out 200 yards from the truck.

Maths off too. Delta on the X24 to X360 is about 9 pounds. Again, if your that bird wristed maybe stay in the truck
I walk WAY farther than that, through diff types of terrain. Can be a bitch...less is better to carry. Id rather carry a small fold up chair than 12lb chunk of a caller.

To each his own. I don’t think bashing folks for not wanting extra weight is a way to prove a point.

I learned the weight thing when I started traveling turkey hunting. My vest with everything weighed in about 30lbs plus a 12ga. After that first trip, my vest for OOS trips now weighs in about 12lbs and that mostly water/PowerAides, lol! The 12 got replaced with a Youth 20ga and HTL shot at the time. When you average 9-13miles chasing turkeys up and down mountains or through prairies, every little bit of weight lost helps.

As far as the 360 goes, weight and price are the biggest factor because I don’t have a lot of coyotes on the places I hunt. Of course that is because I’ve trapped these places for years and keep the numbers really low.

There’s not public land to night hunt. Even during the day for hunting you have to use a weapon for whatever the WMA is open for. Example…archery gear during archery season, a small game weapon when it’s open for small game, about the only time I could get away with a rifle for coyotes during small game season is to say I’m hunting bobcats. Yeah, a weird law but can be used as a loophole.

A 360 just isn’t a good investment for me. Folks like Jeremy, that apparently leaves all females to reproduce record number of pups in a litter, would probably benefit greatly if the 360 is what they say it is. That man kills more coyotes in one video than I’ll see all year on one property here. I’m at the point I’m ready to just ride the roads and hit the caller just to hear some howl, but my Icotec will do that without a $1500 purchase.

No one really cares that you bought one to be honest. Good for you. We’re just stating why we won’t be buying one.

And just a little side note…we were all buff and bullet proof at one time. Heck in my youth I’d carry you and all your gear if you had coyotes to shoot. Some of us have aged a little and are paying the price for our youthful endeavors. Enjoy your buff self while you can, we are only promised so many trips around the sun and the more you take the harder they take their toll on the body. Good luck with the caller. Hope you have a great season.

I hike for miles with this setup. My pack carries the X24, a folding stool, and a tripod. With my rifle slung over my shoulder, my hands are free to climb or scan. I can tether multiple coyotes off the hands-free pocket drag—usually off my left ass cheek—and sling my rifle over my right shoulder to keep everything balanced. Just lean forward and trudge down the road to happy destiny, lol.

Hunting takes physical effort, no doubt. By the end of a hunt, I’m usually completely spent—physically exhausted is the best way to put it.

Fn old school!

I have the MFK version showing up tomorrow. The price dig I get, but I stopped apologizing for what I love a long time ago. I have two rifle over 7k ( thermal rig well over) just for coyotes so whats 1600 on a call I want.

The weight thing cracks me up. 12 pounds guys… are you really saying out loud 12 pounds in a pack is going to keep you from walking to stands you already walk to? Really? If that’s the case I’d like to make another gear suggestion for your pack.

Midal and Tampax…

I’ll let you guys know how it goes out there
What ever. Over 7K rifle..? I guess you need all them bells and whistles to shoot straight. I bet I speak for everyone here when I say Who Gives A F! $1600 for a caller is absurdity. These companies stay in business for the suckers like you. Cheers mate.

I'd say your system works well for you considering your videos.

Off topic: Which Yokohama tires are those and how do you like them?
