Man what a morning, the wind had picked up, but I thought well I must at least try my new toy, so my wife and I headed out, man you can see the pic I took of her how I moved, the wind was so bad. I tried calling but the sound was not very good for range, I managed after half hour to call in one of two birds that fell to the ZR2. Well at least I tried, its a good time of year to hunt them here now, but the wind was bad.

Heres a few pics, Sandra all blurred, sorry about that, blame the wind, and the only victim with the ZR2. The call is very nice, light, and easy to put in battery.

How loud and easy to use was the ZR2?

I planned on picking one up just to use for crow calling. I'm a rookie crow hunter that has a flyaway within easy traveling distance, and been stocking up on some decoys for some hardcore hunts.

I was interested in electronic callers, especially the foxpro snow pro caller but not for 700$!

So how about a mini-review of the gadget? What crow sounds did you use? I wanted to get Bob A. sounds on my call.

Gundy,

I tried the ZR2 just to hear how it sounds. It's loud. You won't have any trouble calling those crows. For the money, that's a neat little machine, in my opinion.
