Fred's wife is actually the CEO of Muzzy and his mother-in-law is the owner.

About as much as Byron South did.
And as much as micheal Jordan knew about shoes and George foreman did about grills...truth be known Fred and byron probably had alot to do with the features being added to the gun... The actual design is the same as any other ar.

Uh huh... that's why most of the experienced guys choose lightweight to mid-weight rifles for their calling rigs, right? Especially the more so if they hunt rough or steep country and hike 5 - 7 miles in a day of hunting over that type of terrain. The more experience they have with hard chargers the more they appreciate a quick handling responsive rifle rather than a fence post benchrester better suited to a prairie dog town.
TRUE THAT!

My thoughts.

Tony

I don't think he necessarily knows a lot about designing ARs but he does a lot of predator hunting with them so he knows which features are nice to have on a rifle and which aren't. That being said I'm not real wild about the paw prints on the tube and think the price is a bit high. I am a fan of Fred and RRA.

+1. I hear he is not a bad shot with a gun either.
