Gas Station Attendant Shot With Cap n Ball Replica Revolver

Could be a convicted felon that could not legally buy a cartridge gun but could buy a muzzle loader
I ran a guy off my place, he is a felon and toted a muzzleloader. He is a real dandy, told me 5 landowners names he had permission on arguing with me where my property lines were. Figured you'd hear more about felons carrying old c &b revolvers, if they could figure out how to load one, I bet they would.

In the picture it shows a black powder revolver, apparently guns that were made before a certain year and "reproductions" of those guns aren't considered "firearms" by Federal law but can be regulated by state law. I think at one time anyone could mail order them from Cabela's and they were listed as "non lethal"! ????

Pretty sure the way a felon's restrictions are worded, it prevents them from owning any sort of arm capable of firing a ball or shot by any means. And that can include air guns. You see a nefarious-looking dude with a big sheath knife; likely he's a felon. If they are hunters, they'll be archery hunters.

Reminds me of this movie…..
