Your right it is more of a hassle to take it off and put it on but for me I have just gotten used to rolling it up everytime. I hunt with guys who leave it on all day and it seems it takes more time to get untangled from the fences than to put it on when I get to the stand. I have it down to where I can roll it up or put it on in under 15 seconds and at least for me it is much more convenient than leaving it on and getting hung up on the way to the stand. I hunted in Alberta, Canada last Dec. and I did leave the Shaggie on more because it was so wide open there and felt less exposed while moving out to a stand, but I did take it off when I went back to the truck after a stand.
It's like anything else once you get a system down that works you figure out a way to make it as easy as possible and for me it was taking it off and on.
