Good low power scope

Quote:
I use the Leupold 1.5X5 on a Model 7 Rem. in 17Rem and I have one on a Ruger Ultralight .223. They work great and I've never felt under scoped. Another great scope that I use on a 22mag. is the Browning 2X7. Natchez has them at a great price. They were made by Bushnell using the 4200 optics without the rainguard coating. Well worth the money.

They are 3200's, not 4200's...

Maybe they are the 4000 line. I have one and it is the same as the 4200 without the rainguard coating. They were only available from Bushnell for a short time but maybe that is what they made for Browning?

It says on the Natchez page that they are made to 3200 standards, or something to that effect.

I'm not intending to start a debate here, but the Browning scopes according to Chris Farris of SWFA are Quote:
The best we can tell with out getting the official word is that they are 3200 powers using 4200 glass with cosmetic attempts to camouflage their origin.

But which ever they are, they are an exceptionally good clear scope, longer eye relief than the Elite 3200, and much cheaper. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
