Good mil dot scope for around $200?

I am looking for a mil dot scope for a new Stevens .243 I just got. I want to spend around $200. I will be using it for coyote and deer hunting and some plinking. Any suggestions on rings and mount?
 
Mueller APT for ~170. Research it and youll see it gets pretty constant good reviews.

Also Joebob, a vendor on the board here has great prices on them.
 
those mueller are nice but there called for small centerfire. APV look at the ncstars or brunton echo line on ebay. i have both. the brunton 3.5-10-50 is nice. i put it on a 308 for my dad to shoot.

If you need/want the target turrets I would suggest the Bushnell Elite 3200 as well. If the turrets aren't an issue, I've been very happy with my Sightron S1 3-9x40. I have two currently and the one on my .221 Fireball Savage has allowed me to manage two 3shot groups under .2" already. Seems to be repeatable as far as adjustment as well. The other one is on my .416 Rigby, it hasn't fallen apart so I think it's safe to say the scopes will hold up to recoil as well.
