good scope for my 22 WMR?

I have a Simmons 22 Mag 3-9x32 on my Henry 22 magnum and while it may not be the "best" glass, it is good enough for me and is gives me nothing to complain about.

Mind came with a 4-14 mueller and I like it well enough. I'm thinking of a straight 10 or 16 power though. I thing 300 yards might be stretching it a bit far though? A hmr I would say so but I thing the 22mag has a bit of lob to it at that range? I just started shooting it again though

WORD.

I gots a trusty Elite 3200 3-9x40 on the .22mag. That size scope is a nice match to that cartridge. True, a lit reticle would help after dark, but the good ol' duplex shows up well enough to make a hit inside of 100yds. Which happens to be about the max distance I'd use a .22mag for anyway...

good luck!

I put a bushnell 1.5x4.5 on mine for $80.00 it works great on 1.5 power i can see the end of my barrel threw it and on 4.5 i can still shoot out to 125 yrds.

There are a lot of good scopes to use for your .22 mag.

I first put a Nikon Prostaff 3v9 on mine, a Ruger 77/22 VMBZ. Later I put a Leupold VX-2 3x9
with Leupold dot reticle on it. I sent the scope back to Leupold and had them reset the parallax
to 75 yards, something more suitable for the .22 mag.
