Gun Values

So i am going thru a divorce and i have been given a court order to supply values of all my guns and tools.
I there a place to get real world values? Not looking for blown up prices people are asking for them. I know its pretty much what ever a person is will to pay,but i have to supply some kinda value.

Blue Book of Gun Values is good. These would be real world prices, but may not reflect today’s environment.
