Wow. That's great. But close to $1000? That is sad. I bought my first K-22 in 1975 for the tidy sum of $100. Quite a markup. I wish that my pay had gone up 10 time in the last 35 years.

It also has a stupid hole in the side of it and MIM parts. If I didn't already have one I'd look real hard on the used gun market and find a nice older model for about $500 - $600 give or take. That leaves plenty of money from the same investment for a quality holster/belt and enough ammo to get really good shooting it! But that's just me...

Ruger 10/22 magnum
Remington model 7 Laminate stock (still have one)
Lever action in 7-30 waters
Remington 788
Ruger 41 Redhawk (still have one)
Real T/C Contenders (still have 2) Not G2 or Encores
Knight LK93 Wolverine muzzleloader (still have one)
Ruger single six 32 H&R (still have one)
Remington VS with the old finish and triggers and HS stocks

All these can be found, just pricey if you do and likely used.

And yet another one for the LVSF. Have two (221 Fireball & 22-250) and love them.

Colt Diamondback in 22 lr and 38 spcl.

Smith mod 19 & 66.

Rem mod 7 with 18 1/2 inch barrel.

And bring back the 222 Rem.

Colt Woodsman, Win 88, Savage 99, Rem 700 Mt. Guide, and Ruger SS in 32 mag are a few that I had in mind also.

I'm thinking some of these could still turn a profit.....

have a savage 99 in the shop right now took on pawn its rough as night in jail. and in 300 savage but i would still like to have it. it has to be a mid to late 90s model. wood just looks like the stuff savage was using then. havent check numbers to see. worse thing bout my job i see too many id like to have. and too many that people just didnt treasure the wasy they should.

for me it would go in this order.

marlin in 218 bee
remington 600
remington 788
savage 99

I could probably add more, which is what keeps me going to the gun shows and looking at used guns in the shops. But these 4 would be nice.

Never had one but I'd love one of the XP100R's in either .260 or .22-250. had the opportunity but didn't have the cash. D'oh!
