H322 question

I am very new to metallic reloading so please bear with me.

I see where Hodgdon lists H322 as one of there Extreme powders.

So does this mean that it is very stable over temperature ranges like varget, and the other Extreme powders are supposed to be?

If so, does it live up to it's billing?
 
In my experience it acts just like Varget when it comes to temperature. I shoot H322 in my 6.8 and 7mmBR and I shoot in temps from 20-90 with no problems or change in POI.
