I remember this date December 24 1968. I was run over by a Hilo in a factory on Christmas eve 40 years ago today. Kept me from going to the places frshwtr got to go to. I didn't want to see Saigon that bad any way. I think thats what I remember.

December 5th, 1971, arrived at Ton Son Nhut. I remember hot, melted shoe polish in my duffel bag, and a smell that is still lives in my mind today.

The damage from '68 was the result of a kegger in a dorm at Kent State University, just up the road from where I live. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
