Handy Scale for Weighing Coyotes?

Anyone recommend an inexpensive, lightweight scale I can carry with me to weigh yotes when killed??

It would be good information for my records.

I like the fishing scale idea....Amazon has a bunch of highly rated ones for a reasonable price.....50KG max...

i have one of these i picked up for weighing fish, its cheap enough that if i destroy it i can happily replace it.

should work well for critters. i gotta remember to take it up north and weigh 'coons and opossums with it when i get them.

would be super easy to fashion a slip loop to go around a leg to hang on the hook

I carry a cheapo mechanical fishing scale from Wal-Mart. Has a knob on back to rezero before use, good for 50lbs.

Cabela's has some game scales. I use their 330lb digital. Should be big enough for most predators. LOL
