Has anybody tried a dog whistle for locating coyote?

Use your eyes for locating coyotes in the areas you plan to hunt. Drive roads, looking for scat and tracks. The noise maker comes into play when your calling them to your stand, and for this purpose, I prefer a distress call rather than a dog whistle.

Yes, quite a number of us have tried dog whistles down thru the years, but I have yet to see a response different than what my experience has been--namely, that they don't work to call in predators.

I'm curious, though, noting that this particular subject has lately been coming up about once every three months... has "Boy's Life" circulation finally dwindled to the point where it's gone quarterly?

(By the way, X-ray glasses don't actually let you see thru girls's clothing, either. And while we're at it, let's also pause to reconsider the wisdom of further pursuing a summer fling with any woman who's already once proven herself to be the kind who'd dump you in a heartbeat for that muscle-bound bully that kicked sand in your face).
