Has anyone tried the new FREQ ultrasonic game call?

Reading a lot of complaints about the Freq. My question: Does it work as advertised? Or over marketeering?
Meaning what exactly? Play sound? Play sound at frequency we humans cant hear? Call every coyote in the county regardless of hunger or interest? Call more coyotes than their competitors? Some of these claims are almost impossible to prove without a doubt.

I have a an Foxpro X2S, and a Fusion as well as a Varmints Inc (Lonehowl) Micro howler hand call that triggers responses on a regular basis. I'll need to check in with Lonehowl to see if his calls are certified as ultrasonic? ;):ROFLMAO: Me thinks it's a lot of hype!

Ok, bare with me here while i tell a story.
Many years ago, i got the pleasure to hunt with Gerald Stewart (Johnny Stewarts son) at one of the PM hunts in Globe,AZ. We took turns, alternating stands using my foxpro and his homemade unit that he was testing new sounds that he had recorded. Heck, sometimes he would even operate my foxpro. At the end of the day, the only productive stands were ones where the foxpro was used.
Does that mean the FP caller was better? Does that mean the FP sounds were better? Or was it simply luck of the draw that animals only came in while using my foxpro? WHO CARES AND NONE OF IT CAN BE PROVEN AS FACT!
But it sure was fun getting to razz Gerald about it the rest of the hunt and for years to come. The highlight of that day was, to this day, the only daytime bobcat i have ever seen called in in person. It was B-lining straight to Gerald. The icing on the cake was ME shooting that cat out from under him as soon as it cleard the bush in front of him. 🤣

Great memories!

Every call, and any call can work. I've proven it to myself for years with a few different e-calls and a bunch of hand calls. You're right... There is absolutely no way to prove what works better. They all work sometimes. Nothing works every time. I do have calls that haven't ever worked before. Doesn't mean that they will never work, but I sure don't have a lot of faith in them.

Take it out on a hunt and actually call in a coyote....

A buddy went to the Harrisburg PA outdoor show last week and tried the Freq call.
He liked the remote screen size and simplicity of use.
Claimed you don't need to wear cheaters to read it and the calls sounded good.
Not $2,000 good for a call that sits on the ground, but for another $20 you can buy a tripod from them to lift it off the ground !
Their claim of being able to call in shy coyote better than other calls is a bit of a marketing stretch.
How many people bought pet rocks ?

They are indeed hypersonic ballistic profile certified by the Acme Corporation.

Sounds like a lot of marketeering to justify a $2K price tag. Would love to see their stats on the money back guarantee.
