Have you tried eating squirrel brains?

Two things that will be most likely to harbor life threatening disease: Bone marrow, and brains. But as my papa always said "Son, if it tastes good, it don't matter what hole it came from."

My great grandmother used to consider Hog Brains and scambled eggs a delicacy she should share with us children. And personally, I'd have to concurr with Redfrog's perspective on eating any kind of brains!

And, while I have eaten cow tongue before, cow's got a TONGUE, squirrels on the other hand have a little bitty tongue!
 
After I have shot the squirrels there aren't any brains to eat.

Ya I know it is an old thread, but felt I needed to throw in a couple of cents.
