Heavy duty yote buster

I decided i would combine my rifle selection a bit so i sold two of my deer rifles to get this model 10 carbine in 308. I wanted something tactual/deer and yote worthy. So far i am very pleased with it. I have not had a chance to get to the range yet for some fine tuning but very accurate at 100 yards as are all my savages.

Very nice! Did you camo the stock yourself?

also, is that a Nikon on top?

They are supposed to be 3 shot 1/2 moa shooters at 100 are they not???

A rifle I've been looking into for a long range gun.

It is a Nikon Monarch 5-20-44 BDC with sun shade. The gun came with the digital camo AccuStock. I wanted a black one but it was not available. Like i said i haven't got to do any long range shooting yet but so far i am very happy with it. Low recoil but you do need to wear hearing protection with the 20 inch barrel.

I've got the same rifle and I love it.
Hornady SST's and Varget have been a winning combo for me.

That's the same one I was looking at or a pred 10. Just don't know if I want/like the camo.

I have a model 10 in 22-250 also. If i could only buy one i would get the 308, otherwise i have a great shooting pair of rifles. Both have Nikon monarch scopes both tack drivers
