I kill at least my share of lions ,shortails and yotes each year.I guided in the mid west for years and had to deal with wolves also.I am no stanger to predators, but also the first guy to say they have a "right to life". BUT,"They need to be controlled". A heathy population of predators is good, but an over population of them turns honest men into outlaws. We as stewards of game will protect our stock,(be it wild or domestic),at any cost. This is why wolves in MN ARE SHOT ON SITE,AND LIONS AND BEARS ARE STILL RUN WITH DOGS THRU OUT THE COUNTRY.It may or may not be legal, but there is a certain segment of hunters that feel "Gods Law",holds more weight than what some guy in a suit sets forth,as to what is right and wrong.
Just what I have observed.
