Looks real similar to an Ideal/Lyman 310, but I'm pretty sure it isn't one.

Tools like that are called "tong" or "nutcracker" loading tools. One of the earliest mass produced versions was the Ideal 310 mentioned above. But there were who knows how many one-offs and small runs by individual gunsmiths and small manufacturers. And, like I said, what you have there doesn't look like a 310.

Sorry I'm not more help...

I believe that the spike on there is for decapping berdan style primers. It is a decapping and priming tool for old brass shot shells.

Only the last picture is showing on my screen the others are little red x's.

I kept telling my dad that the internet would help us find out more, and it did: They are Remington Primer Extractors and Reprimers. a 12ga and a 20ga they were used for reloading brass shotgun shells. I remember my grandpa used to have a couple laying on his workbench when I was a young kid but my uncle has stuck it in the local history museum along with a lot of other family pieces. Now we know what it is...........

I don't know what yours are, but I have some 19th century shotgun shell reloading tools that are supposed to belong to my Great Grandfather, some are pretty obvious in their use, others are more cryptic.
