It's about 9.5 lbs without the bipod (I take it off hunting). I had considered getting rid of the PRS to shave some more weight, but the gun balances so nicely right now that I've decided to keep it.

A magpul PRS is 1.68lbs, the magpul MOE is 17.6 ozs, so it's a noticeable difference. Something like a carbine stock is probably even lighter (it would save a whole bunch of coins in someone's pocket also). I like it where it's at though, so it's staying.
