When you go into the Panhandle please put out some dog food to fatten up those pups. Let em know I will be bringing their daily dose of copper, lead, and brass to make em feel better. They just go to pieces over my Vmax injections. 14 days to launch time.

Lavoy, I'm Here....I'm Here !!!!!!!! Talked to Fred yesterday as I drove up. Hitting his place Monday or Tues,,,,,,maybe Mon and Tues !!!!!!! Going in back of Cuz's place today, have dogs about 300 yards from the house. Poor Me /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif . Have to get that new Swift broke in right,,,,with PD explosions ..LOL.

Bob,
You and Lavoy are sick individuals praising your shooting of those cute little furry creatures. You should be ashamed of yourselves and stop it at once. That way there will be more for me to shoot in a couple of weeks, maybe see you at Fred's. Looking forward to the sun creeping up on the high plains of the panhandle and smelling the freshness in the air, smells especially sweet early in the morning mixed with blood and cordite.

Need not worry boys, there are still plenty of pups out and about, even after shooting for 8 hours and heating up 5 guns LOL. But I did my best to bust a few. I did manage to break in the new Swift and Savage. Man does that Savage shoot!!!!!!! Need to get another Weaver Grand Slam scope too. Their new Varmint Recticle works great. Well, fixing to go bust some of the neighbors PD's. Life is so hard.

Bob,
I'm impressed by the way my Savage Model 12 shoots, I have two of them, one 223 and one 22-250. They shoot better than I can, I think, but am getting same hole accuracy at 100. Are you going to be at Fred's around 5/16 thru 5/19.

Have to head back to Big Spring tomorrow, won't be back up til August. Good luck and hope the wind stays calm for you and Lavoy.

I do have relatives in the Denver and Ft Collins areas. Don't know about a Doug, there are not too many Addy's around so could be.

OK Bob How many dogs went to the big mound in the sky? How much ammo was touched off? I take it the Savage was worth the money also. I guess I will have to buy another one in 243 for the distant ones. Proud you had fun. Most important question is... was Fred's place covered in em? I am taking 5-6 guys out there and if it is like last year we will be visiting Wallyworld for more ammo.

I just bought another 400 rounds of the 45 grain 223, puts me at a little over 2000 rounds total for both 223 and 22-250, should last a couple of days. Love is the sound of a meat pop!!!!

WHOOMP !!!!!!!! I love that sound of a V-Max striking its target, preferably a PD. Heard a lot more of those sounds today. Stayed on the local town here at the ranch at Hardesty. Wanted to give you boys plenty to shoot at over on Freds. Fell in love with that short Savage. Thats all I used today. Starting to get my shooting form back. Think my Swifts are getting jealous, heard some rumbling in the truck,,,LOL.
Never counted either way Lavoy but I shot a bunch. Have to tally up the empty boxes when I get back. Hit the big town on the South side of the ranch, lots of dogs. Heck lots of dogs everywhere.

AHHHHHH Yes The meat report. No matter how far or how windy a solid connection sounds just like your favorite R&R band. You know like Led Zeppelin.

Lavoy, I finally tallied up my empties. Just a little over 350 rounds fired Monday,,,,,many body counts. All told 380 in two days, shooting was slower but more fun in Ok., did a walk around in the town instead of the truck and roto bench. Only missed 4 dogs too.

Bob I sure hope the 4 dogs you missed were at Fred's place cuz that's ALOT of dead dogs for fattening up them coyotes wez gonna shoot on the nights we will be there. Sounds like the beasts did there part. Did you hunt Hall's place and if so I take that it was slower there than Fred's.
