Hi Point Carbine 9mm

I was reading about the 10mm and one of the things i read, and no i don't remember where i read it was that there was another 10mm mag that would fit it.a search might bring it up.

There are lot of dumb looking things you can stick on or in a gun. None look as stupid as the red ball mags.

Looks? Are we worried about looks? If that were indeed the case, not a one Hi Point would ever be sold. The RedBall mags are functional at the very least, doubling the mag capacity.

I used to bird hunt with a poodle. I'll carry pink guns.

I still have too much pride

I'd much rather carry 2 mags. And from a practical hunting standpoint having a sticking hanging down makes it harder to maneuver, prone is not an option either.

Sorry but they're just silly. The old hp were dumb and functional. The new ts style are a little more functional and look ok. Except mine, which is super cool

id like to point out that most states have magazine restrictions for hunting that are lower than 10 rounds for rifles anyway. so from a hunting standpoint - its mostly a moot point anyway.

if i want to hunt with my hi point i have to plug the mags so they'll only hold 5.

it sure would be nice though if hipoint would re-engineer that carbine to accept like glock or colt mags. i bet they'd sell a whole lot more of them.

I'd like to thank everyone for sharing their input. I went yesterday and picked up a 9mm Hi Point. From what has been stated I think this will end up being a great bday gift!!
