I ordered 200 rounds of 221 Fireball from this company 3 weeks ago. I called 3 times and left messages. (Asking him to respond) and sent 3e-mails. Never did get a response from this company. I don't know if something happened to him or what is going on? Anybody else have this experience?

Don't know if this is the case in Illinois, but certain states during the governors lockdown, company's contact has been extremely slow for me. Smaller the company, the harder to setup work from home customer service and manufacturing workstation distancing has slowed production. California/Minnesota/Michigan hard hit by Governors who think they can change national elections.

They show 11 boxes in stock. In hindsight I think this was the company I was referring to instead of High Plains Brass. Sleeping Giant Brass

ETA The link worked when i previewed it. But at least it gives you the company name.

I have ordered several times from High Plains Brass for my 17 Rem. Only one time did I have to send the brass back because it was out of spec and was blowing out primers. He replaced it no problem and even sent some extra back to me.

I have not had any issues with them but they are a small company so with this Pandemic, who knows what business looks like for him from his side and what he is able to do.

My first order a couple years back (also .221 FB) was a bit slow in coming too. And when it got here it was in .20 VT, not FB. I called them about it and a few days later I had my correct order plus a few extra for my inconvenience. Earlier this year I bought some .17 Remington brass from them and it seems to be just fine. I have no problem with ordering anything from them in the future if need be.

Never know what happened. I heard the area got hit with some bad storms. Then there is the Coveat 19. I just canceled and order Laupua brass from Midway. See what happens in the future.

Way to go there, Rudy! For so many years R-P was the only factory making brass for the Furball so that is what I have most of. Got lots of it today. But dang I wish that all my stuff was Lapua. What nice brass it is. You will not be sorry you bought that I know.

Yessir! I still have one unopened box of it ready to load. As I toss more and more of my R-P stuff I will be using more of the Lapua. That stuff will spoil you!
