Hollywood Shell Holders

Does anybody know where I can find, or does anybody have any shellholders for the older Hollywood reloading presses? I have one for .270 cal., but would like to find some of the more common calibers, .223, .22-250 and such. These are the ones with a 1" threaded shaft on the bottom of them. Thanks for any information you can provide.

I Googled for Hollywood reloading press and found a picture of what you are looking for, maybe this will jog someone elses memory.

You might want to look at the shell holders on a C&H 444 press, they look alot like the one on the right in the picture above.

I know what you are talking about, as I also have one of the old Hollywood loading presses, purchassed when the company was still in busness , and on Hollywood Blvd. I finally gave up looking for parts and went with a Dillan Press.

Best of luck finding parts for your press.

Contact CH4D.

They make all kinds of stuff that you never thought was made anymore.

The Hollywood Gun Shop (aka Hollywood Engineering) is probably out of business now. The orginal company was bought out by Joe and Margette Mueller.

They are a pair of hustlers of the worst kind.

They used to try to sell stuff on one of the 50BMG websites, but got kicked off of there - they took money and didn't send stuff.

You can also find parts on eBay from time to time.

I have bought tons of stuff from CH4D, and they are top of the line people... and if you go to their website (www.CH4D.com) and look through their die caliber listing, your eyes will fall out before you get to the end.

Great people!!!
