Hornady 308 TAP fdp loads for deer?

Have anyone used this load on deer. I sure shot several nice 1" groups today out of my Tikka!

They are supposed to be highly frangible. My opinion on them for deer would be no. But I may not understand their design.

mbowerma is correct, the A-MAX bullets used in these are pretty explosive in soft tissue. For small deer it would likely do just fine as long as you keep your shot off the bones. If your Tikka will will shoot these into 1" then it will likely do better with other brands. That has just been my impression.
