Hornady bullets on sale at midway

Search for "blemish". They come in a blue box and are a 'mystery' bullet but they're hornady's. UPS brought 400 of them today for my 25 and I back tracked the model number to hornady interlock, $14/100. Looking at the bullets I can't see why they're seconds. Just thinking I should have ordered more now that I know what they are.
 
I don't live too far from Sierra bullets and we are able to purchase blems. Most of the weight is spot on and may have slight discoloration. I was down there about a year ago and pretty much everything in .224 was sold out. It's a good thing I was buying .204 bullets. Those were in stock.
