horrible customer service at forster

I've run a Forster press for about 10 years. I use dies from 5 different mfrs. Caliber starting with 17 Hornet through 300 WinMag. Once the die is adjusted I never have to worry about anything changing. Run outs are all excellent. I do read and save directions especially the ones that came with the press.
