How often do you tumble brass

Do you tumble clean the brass each time you reload? When do you tumble the brass? Do you lube and size then tumble? Whats the sequence you use?
Thanks Daryl P.

I vibrate clean all bottle neck brass after decapping and again after sizing. I decap after firing using a universal decap die in a single stage press.

I always tumble before running them thru my dies. With a good sizing wax a quick wipe down and shoot em. The Hornady sizing wax has a anti tarnish inhibitor in it.

I tumble mine after every firing to clean the dirt and grit off so I don't get my dies dirty. After I lube and re size I just wipe them down with an old shirt.

I've got the Lee Universal Decapping die and deprime, tumble brass with Stainless Steel Media to clean the primer pocket and everything, resize trim, re-tumble (~30 min) to take lube off and load!!

Before depriming and after to remove lube and clean primer pockets. If you hae a problem with media in the primer pockets try using Zilla crushed walnut. Flows through primer pockets like water. Can get it at local pet stores, its lizzard liter.
