Hunting permission form?

Here in Florida you need a written landowner's permission to hunt his land.

I'm looking for a form I can print out that will state that permission and also provide a liability release if I get hurt on his property.

Anyone have a form similar to that?

Game and Fish have them available here. You might check with the GF there in Florida to see if they have something similar.
